Terms & Conditions

• · Booking period: 25 May – 31 July 2026. Full payment required upon reservation.
• · Valid for sailings on 31 October 2026 only.
• · Offer is subject to boat availability on the selected sailing date.
• · Installment amount may be combined with F&B and Extra Services.
• · Valid for credit cards from participating banks and financial institutions only: SCB, TTB, KTC, Bangkok Bank, Krungsri, Central Card, Tesco, Kasikorn, First Choice, CardX and UOB.
• · Installment period is subject to the company's designated Tier structure.
• · In case of a missed installment payment, Seven Marine Co., Ltd. bears no responsibility. All matters are subject to the respective credit card issuer's terms and conditions.
• · No refund will be given under any circumstances.
• · Booking reservations are non-transferable to another individual.

Rescheduling

• · 1 date change is permitted per booking.
• · Reschedule request must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the sailing date.
• · Date change is subject to boat availability on the requested date.

Amendments & Cancellations

• · In the case of an amendment, the customer must inform us 7 days in advance from the date of travel.
• · Cancellation and refund are not permitted under any circumstances, except when the Meteorological Department issues an official advisory prohibiting travel due to severe weather conditions.
• · The company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
